By relaxing the muscles, you will find space in your body that will allow the joints to move more freely, and you will feel and look lighter. Moreover, and most importantly, a balanced alignment in your body will balance your emotions. By finding space in the body, we can open the mind. This work is fluid and gentle, and yields immediate benefits for anyone who uses their body, not only for dancers. A variant of the class is as a one-hour private session.
