TANGO VARON changes that! A completely different and unique concept of Argentine Tango, this show does not intend to educate or dress stereotypes in new clothes. TANGO VARON looks forward and challenges the future.

When Argentine Tango came into existence it told the cultural story of its time. A century and a half later, TANGO VARON does the same. It is passionately focused on telling the story of now, our changing times.

A person is born into a society whose conditions impose a manner of feeling, moving, dressing and behaving.
Until very recently our social model was essentially binary, the male was predominant with the female defined as his antithesis and complement. Characteristics were assigned to each gender. The male is strong and virile, the female is fragile and vulnerable. The man does not cry, the female cries too
Colors, materials, shapes and styles are cultural and social indicators, identifying class, taste, belonging, gender and more.
